Yes if you study one of our Nationally Recognised courses online and pass a face-to-face assessment, you have paid and both your enrolment and online study are complete, you will still receive a Nationally Recognised certificate.
Yes our HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation course meets the requirements by the Royal College of Australian Practitioners (RACGP) to be counted towards BLS/CPR CPD points. The minimum requirement to meet CPD and standards is for GPs to complete CPR training every three years. Furthermore Provide CPR meets the annual CPR/BLS requirement and counts for 5 CPD points. Visit the RACGP website to find out more.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you're able to perform CPR in comfortably. You will be performing 2 minutes of unassisted CPR whilst kneeling on the ground so it is advisable to wear clothing that covers your body appropriately. We also recommend bringing a cardigan or jumper incase you feel chilly whilst the air-conditioning is operating.
Unfortunately if you're unable to complete the 2 minutes of unassisted CPR whilst kneeling on the floor we can not provide you with a Nationally Recognised certificate. Our training is in alignment with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and using a table to provide CPR is not permitted. We do however provide comfortable knee pads which you're welcome to use for additional support,
